Yoga Services 

Juliet’s approach to Yoga is to bring in the awareness of the breathe, bodily movement and the Universal energy (body, mind and Spirit) to be in sync during the duration of the yoga practice. Correct forms of breathing with the abdomen rising during inhalation as when we were born and  during exhalation the abdomen falls. (the rising and setting of the sun). Juliet also focuses on alignment of the spine, balancing and centering which enhances the opening of the chakras and allows healing to flow where needed.
